Enemies attack Novhorod-Siverskyi district in Chernihiv region, damaging houses
As a result of attacks by Russian troops, houses were damaged in several settlements in the Novgorod-Siverskyi district of the Chernihiv region.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Facebook by the Head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Viacheslav Chaus.
“Yesterday, the aggressor attacked the Novhorod-Siverskyi district. Residential buildings in several settlements were damaged,” he wrote.
The official noted that, over the past week, the Russians launched 241 strikes on the Chernihiv region and there were 505 explosions. The strikes were carried out with mortars, multiple launch rocket systems, FPV drones, and unmanned combat aerial vehicles, as well as ballistic missiles.
Defense Forces managed to shoot down 149 enemy drones.
As reported, in the Borzna community of the Chernihiv region, two people were killed in a field as a result of a Russian drone explosion, and another was injured.
