Russian drones attack Sumy community, damaging houses
Two houses belonging to civilians were damaged in one of the starosta districts of the Sumy community as a result of an attack by Russian drones.
This was reported by the Sumy City Council on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“According to information from the Sumy Regional Military Administration, one of the starosta districts of the Sumy community was also hit. Two houses were damaged as a result of the UAV attack,” the report said.
It is noted that no people were injured as a result of the attack.
According to Artem Kobzar, acting mayor of Sumy, the enemy launched the strike at around 9:53 a.m., using, according to preliminary information, an Italmas-type UAV.
As a result of the blast wave, a wall was displaced and windows, roofing, doors, and a garage were damaged on the territory of a private household.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Russian army shelled the Krasnopilia community in Sumy region, causing significant damage.
