Russian military strikes Krasnopillia community in Sumy region

The Russian army shelled the Krasnopillia community in the Sumy region, causing significant damage.

According to Ukrinform, the Sumy region State Emergency Service reported the news on Telegram.

“Today, at around 4:00 a.m., Russia launched strikes on one of the settlements in the Krasnopillia community. Significant damage and a large-scale fire in the residential sector were reported,” the message says.

It is noted that due to the threat of repeated attacks, rescuers were unable to work effectively. However, despite the difficult security situation, the fire was extinguished.

As reported, Russian troops shelled 37 settlements in 15 communities in the Sumy region during the day. There is damage in ten communities.

In addition, two 64-year-old men who were injured on November 1 in the Myropil community as a result of an FPV drone strike sought medical help.
