Russian forces shell five settlements in Kherson community 24 hours, houses damaged
Russian troops struck five settlements of the Kherson community over the past day, killing one person and damaging private and multi-story residential buildings.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Kherson City Military Administration announced this on Telegram.
“Five settlements of the Kherson community came under enemy fire over the past day. Kherson, Sadove, Inzhenerne, Prydniprovske, and Antonivka were targeted by Russian artillery and drone terror,” the statement reads.
Private and multi-story residential buildings, as well as non-residential structures, were damaged.
“As a result of Russian attacks on the Kherson community, one person was killed,” the City Military Administration reported.
The administration also noted that on Sunday, November 2, the occupiers shelled the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson, leaving a 63-year-old man with a shrapnel head wound.
“Police officers transported a 63-year-old Kherson resident to the hospital. The man is in serious condition. He sustained a mine-blast injury and a shrapnel wound to the head as a result of the enemy shelling of the Dniprovskyi district at around 5:30 a.m.,” the report says.
Doctors are providing the injured man with all necessary medical assistance.
As reported earlier, on November 1, Russian occupation forces struck the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson. A 46-year-old woman came under enemy fire and sustained fatal injuries.
