Man killed by Russian drone strike in Sumy region
A 57-year-old man was killed by an enemy drone in the Myropillia community in the Sumy region.
According to Ukrinform, Oleh Hryhorov, Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, stated this on Facebook.
"A 57-year-old man was killed in the Myropillia community as a result of a Russian drone attack. We offer our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased. The man's body was found today on the road between the villages of the community. A bicycle was found next to him. Unfortunately, it is still dangerous in this area: the enemy continues to attack with drones," Hryhorov wrote.
He urged residents of border areas not to return to settlements from which evacuation has been announced.
“The enemy continues to attack civilians. Take care of yourselves,” the Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration emphasized.
As reported by Ukrinform, anti-tank mines from a downed Russian drone were disposed of in the Sumy region.
