Part of Slavutych temporarily left without power after Russian shelling
Part of the city of Slavutych was temporarily left without power following Russian shelling, with energy workers working to repair the damage.
Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, said this in a Telegram post seen by Ukrinform.
"The terrorist country continues to strike Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Unfortunately, as a result of the enemy attack, Slavutych has been temporarily left without power. Energy crews are working to eliminate the consequences and restore electricity supply," he said.
Water supply and sewage systems have been switched to backup power, and heating for educational institutions and the city hospital has been ensured.
"Points of Invincibility" are ready to operate, and all municipal services are on site, the post added.
