Ukrainian border guards repel Russian assault on Kursk front

Ukrainian border guards repelled a Russian assault in the Kursk sector of the front, eliminating two enemy fighters.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

“Border guards of the Steel Border unit repelled another failed Russian assault in the Kursk sector,” the statement reads.

“Yesterday, our fighters, with a precise artillery strike, eliminated two Russian soldiers who were engaged in small-arms combat and attempted to storm our positions,” the Border Guard Service added.

As Ukrinform previously reported, fighters of the 15th Mobile Border Detachment Steel Border struck three Russian shelters on the Northern Slobozhanshchyna front.
