Russian army strikes Sumy region 34 times in 24 hours, leaving one dead and several wounded

Between the morning of September 23 and the morning of September 24, Russian troops struck 19 settlements in 13 communities in the Sumy region 34 times.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Sumy Regional Military Administration on Facebook.

In the Seredyna-Buda community, two men aged 45 and 49 were wounded as a result of an FPV drone strike.

In the Vorozhba community, a 46-year-old man was killed, and an FPV drone strike injured a 43-year-old man.

The Russians attacked the Sumy region with 10 KAB missiles, carried out strikes with FPV drones and UAVs, and launched missile strikes.

A private residential building and a passenger car were damaged in the Vorozhba community, and private residential buildings were damaged in the Seredyna-Buda community.

In the Shalyhyne community, a private residential building was damaged, and in the Richky community, a civil infrastructure facility was damaged.

In the Stepanivka community, a private residential building was damaged.

Over the past day, 17 people were evacuated from the border communities.

As reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops attacked a car with a drone near Vorozhba in the Sumy region, killing a 46-year-old driver and injuring a 43-year-old passenger.
