Russian army loses another 890 troops in war against Ukraine
Russia’s total combat losses in the war against Ukraine from February 24, 2022, to September 12, 2025, amount to approximately 1,092,780 personnel, including 890 in the past 24 hours.
That is according to a report from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted on Facebook, as cited by Ukrinform.
The Russian forces have lost: 11,177 tanks (+1), 23,266 armored combat vehicles (+2), 32,668 artillery systems (+40), 1,485 multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) (+2), 1,217 air defense systems (+0), 422 aircraft (+0), 341 helicopters (+0), 58,467 tactical-level UAVs (+273), 3,718 cruise missiles (+0), 28 ships/boats (+0), 1 submarine (+0), 61,403 vehicles and fuel tankers (+64), 3,964 units of special equipment (+0).
Data on enemy losses is being updated.
As Ukrinform earlier reported, on September 11, as of 22:00, there were 141 recorded combat engagements between Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian troops across the front lines.
