Russian forces attack two districts in Dnipropetrovsk region with FPV drones

On the night of September 9, Russian troops launched drone strikes on two districts in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Ukrainian air defense forces shot down three of the drones.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Facebook by Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

He stated that on the evening prior, the Russian army repeatedly attacked Nikopol and the Marhanets community in the Nikopol district using FPV drones.

“It was loud overnight in the Synelnykove area, particularly in the Pokrovske and Mykolaiv communities. Fires broke out,” Lysak noted, adding that there were no casualties or injuries reported.

Air defense units successfully intercepted and destroyed three Russian drones.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, in the Kryvyi Rih district of Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian forces targeted rescue workers with an FPV drone while they were extinguishing a fire.
