Zelensky states possible personnel changes due to unfulfilled agreements with partners

President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized the need for clear accountability in implementing international agreements. He stated that he expects full reports from government officials and representatives of the Office of the President regarding agreements with partners and the achievement of planned results.

As reported by Ukrinform, the President of Ukraine made this statement in his evening video address.

Zelensky underscored that he expects detailed reports from government officials and the Office of the President team on each agreement with partners, “on every result we expected: what has been achieved and what is still pending.”

“There will be conclusions—personnel changes,” Zelensky declared.

As reported by Ukrinform, President Volodymyr Zelensky said during the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2025) in Rome that Minister of Defence Rustem Umerov may be appointed Ambassador to the United States, which would lead to significant changes in the Ukrainian government.
