Combined strike on Kharkiv, Chuhuiv: six casualties, destruction reported

Six people, including a child, were injured in Kharkiv’s Kholodnohirskyi district Monday morning as a result of a Russian combined air attack.

That’s according to the State Emergency Service, Ukrinform reports.

The attack, which targeted Kharkiv and Chuhuiv, involved drones and ballistic missiles.

In Kharkiv’s Kholodnohirskyi district, as a result of UAV strikes, production premises and a warehouse of a private enterprise were destroyed, and several houses in the residential sector were damaged. Six people were injured, including a child. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service scrambled to provide assistance to those affected.

In the Kyivskyi district, ballistic missiles hit the ground, damaging the facades and windows in apartment blocks and a dormitory, also damaging transport infrastructure. According to tentative reports, no casualties were confirmed in the district.

In Chuhuiv, drone strikes caused destruction and a fire in an abandoned warehouse. No casualties were reported.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, Monday morning, the Russians launched two ballistic missiles at Kharkiv.
