Russian forces kill one civilian, injure 13 in Donetsk region

On May 28, Russian troops killed one civilian and wounded 13 others in Ukraine's eastern Donetsk region, according to Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.

Filashkin reported on Facebook that one person was killed in the village of Rivne, and 13 others sustained injuries across the region.

He noted that the total number of civilian casualties in the Donetsk region now stands at 3,226 killed and 7,203 injured, not including the currently occupied cities of Mariupol and Volnovakha, where accurate figures remain unavailable.

On the same day, Russian forces dropped two aerial bombs on the village of Dovha Balka in the Donetsk region, injuring three people.
