Kyiv’s Left Bank targeted in Russian missile-drone attack, two civilians injured

In Kyiv, two people were injured in a combined Russian missile and drone attack on February 12, with one hospitalized in serious condition.

According to Ukrinform, Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko confirmed the information on Telegram.

According to Klitschko, one of the injured was hospitalized in serious condition, while the other one received outpatient medical care.

The National Police reported that Russian forces specifically targeted the Left Bank of the capital overnight.

In the Darnytskyi district, UAV debris damaged the façade of a multi-story building. Explosive ordnance technicians recovered a UAV rocket engine from an apartment on the top floor.

As of 7:30, the two injured include a man and a woman.

Investigative-operational groups, patrol police, and relevant services continue to work at the sites of the strikes, and clean-up operations following the air attack are ongoing.

Previously, hits were recorded in Kyiv’s Dniprovskyi, Darnytskyi, Holosiivskyi, and Desnianskyi districts during the combined missile and drone attack.
