No Russian warships off Crimea coast – Ukraine’s Navy

There are no enemy warships in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov. In the Mediterranean Sea, the Russians retain four vessels, including three Kalibr carriers with a total salvo of up to 26 missiles.

That’s according to a morning update by the Ukrainian Navy, seen by Ukrinform.

"As of 06:00 on March 5, there are no enemy ships in the Black Sea; there are no enemy ships in the Sea of ​​Azov; there are four enemy ships in the Mediterranean Sea, of which three are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 26 missiles," the report says.

The Navy also reported that its forces destroyed 13 Shahed kamikaze drones overnight Wednesday.

"Tonight, during an air raid by Russian invaders, 13 Shahed-136 attack UAVs were shot down by the Navy over Odesa and Donetsk regions," the Navy wrote.

It is also noted that during the day, Russia allowed the passage of a single vessel through the Kerch Strait – into the Black Sea.

Meanwhile, the Russian Federation continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea of ​​1974 (SOLAS) by having automatic identification systems turned off on their vessels.
