Russian missile lands near entertainment venue in Kharkiv

Russia’s S-300 missile has struck the ground near an entertainment venue in the city of Kharkiv.

The relevant statement was made by Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Head Oleh Syniehubov on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Yesterday, around 07:23 p.m., the enemy launched a missile strike on Kharkiv’s Shevchenkivskyi district, presumably with the S-300 surface-to-air missile system. The projectile hit the ground near an entertainment facility. The wooden gates were damaged. Another entertainment venue also suffered minor damage. No casualties were reported,” Syniehubov wrote.

In his words, Russian troops have been shelling frontline and border settlements in the Kharkiv region over the past day.

In particular, Russian attacks affected the Chuhuiv district’s Vovchansk and Nesterne; the Kupiansk district’s Novomlynsk, Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, Synkivka, Kyslivka, Krokhmalne and Tabaivka.

The enemy dropped a guided bomb on the Izium district’s village of Cherneshchyna. A detached house was damaged.

According to Syniehubov, no casualties among civilians were reported across the region.
