Russian military death toll in Ukraine rises to about 294,799

Russia has already lost about 294,799 troops in Ukraine (+870 over the past day).

The relevant statement was made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

Between February 24, 2022 and October 23, 2023, the enemy’s total combat losses included also 5,093 tanks (+12 over the past day), 9,653 armored fighting vehicles (+22), 7,057 artillery systems (+25), 825 multiple launch rocket systems, 551 anti-aircraft warfare systems (+2),  320 aircraft, 324 helicopters, 9,419 motor vehicles and fuel tanks (+15), 20 warships/boats, 1 submarine, 5,345 unmanned aerial vehicles (+6), 998 special equipment units (+7). A total of 1,536 enemy cruise missiles (+1) were shot down.

A reminder that Ukraine’s Defense Forces continue conducting the offensive operation in the Melitopol direction, inflicting personnel and equipment losses on Russian troops and exhausting the enemy all over the front line.
