Russia killed 11,000 civilians, including over 500 children, in Ukraine – PM Shmyhal

The Russian Federation has already committed 136,000 crimes against Ukraine and Ukrainians and killed nearly 11,000 civilians, including more than 500 children.

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said this at the international conference “Special tribunal for the crime of Russian aggression against Ukraine. Justice to be served,” an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“This war is one of the most brutal in the history of mankind, because Russia is waging it against all Ukrainians - against women, the elderly, and children, even the unborn. Since February 2022, our enemy has committed more than 136,000 crimes. This is only what has been recorded so far. In fact, there are many more crimes. Over this period of time, about 11,000 civilians have been killed, including 500 children," said the head of the Ukrainian government, stressing that these are not final data.
