Casualties reported as Russians shell village in Kharkiv region

Russian forces shelled the village of Kucherivka, Kupiansk district, Kharkiv region, killing two people and wounding three others.

Andriy Yermak, the head of President Volodymyr Zelensky's office, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The Russians shelled the village of Kucherivka, Kupiansk district, hitting a house. There are reports of two dead and three wounded people," he wrote.

Earlier reports said that Russian troops attacked nine Ukrainian regions on August 6.
