Russians massively shell Kharkiv region employing helicopters, tanks

On the morning of June 4, Russian helicopters and tanks shelled populated areas of the Chuhuyiv and Bohoduhiv districts in Kharkiv region.

That’s according to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, Ukrinform reports.

According to the official’s posting on Telegram, "This morning, the enemy once again massively shelled Vovchansk and Chuhuyiv district. In the city, the administrative building was damaged, two houses and farm buildings were partially destroyed."

In addition, this morning, Russian helicopters fired at the village of Ivashki, Bogoduhiv district. There were no casualties or large-scale destruction.

"As a result of the morning tank shelling of the village of Huryiv Kozachok in the Bohodukhiv district, the House of Culture suffered significant damage as a result of the direct hit," the head of the administration said.

As Syniehubov noted, over the past day, June 3, the enemy continued shelling the border and front-line settlements of the Kharkiv, Kupiansk, Chuhuyiv, Bohoduhiv, and Izium districts.

In the village of Petropavlivka, Kupiansk district, an industrial facility, a household, and a number of farm buildings were damaged.

Farm buildings were also damaged in the village of Ivashki in the Bohoduhiv district.

In addition, an educational facility, two residential buildings, and a car were damaged in Vovchansk.

As a result of shelling of the village of Pershotravneve, Izium district, a household was damaged, and a 74-year-old woman was injured.
