Russian army strikes 24 localities in Zaporizhzhia region overnight, two killed

Over the previous day, Russian troops struck 111 times at 24 localities in Zaporizhzhia region.

The head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Yuriy Malashko said this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

According to him, the enemy carried out air strikes on Novodanylivka and Olhivske, used UAVs three times in Huliaipole and Charivne, fired 14 times from MLRS at Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Novoivanivka, Temyrivka, Yegorivka, and carried out 92 artillery attacks on Orikhiv, Preobrazhenka, Huliaipole, Malynivka, Stepnohirsk, Kamianske and surrounding villages.

"A 62-year-old man was wounded during the evening attack in Orikhiv. He was promptly taken to a medical facility," said Malashko.

He emphasized that "over the past day the enemy killed two residents of the region and injured five."

According to the head of the Military Administration, another 58 destructions of residential buildings and property were recorded.

As Ukrinform reported, the enemy launched 67 air and 17 missile strikes against Ukraine yesterday, firing 91 times from multiple launch rocket systems.
