Aidar Battalion decimating Russians in trenches in Bakhmut direction

Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, showed how the Aidar Battalion members destroy the Russian invaders in the trenches in Bakhmut direction with the help of drones.

Syrskyi published the corresponding video on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Aerial reconnaissance of the 24th Separate Assault Battalion ‘Aidar’ decimates the occupiers in trenches," the post reads.

The commander noted that "the enemy started to hold the defense."

"There is a significant decrease in any active actions of the enemy with an increase in the number of strikes from heavy weapons, mainly from artillery and mortars," Syrskyi added.

As reported, Spokesman for the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Serhiy Cherevaty said that the activity of Russian troops in Bakhmut direction decreased, four combat engagements took place over the past day. The Ukrainian troops eliminated 59 invaders, wounded 103, and captured another one.
