Russians shell three districts in Kharkiv region, casualties reported

In the Kharkiv region, Russian troops have attacked three districts over the past day. Casualties among civilians were reported.

The relevant statement was made by Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Head Oleh Syniehubov on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

In particular, the Chuhuiv, Kharkiv and Kupiansk districts came under enemy fire.

In the Kharkiv district’s Lyptsi, Russian projectiles caused damage to detached houses and garages. People remained unharmed.

In the Chuhuiv district’s Vovchansk, extensive enemy attacks have been recorded over the past day. Residential houses, building adjacent grounds and motor vehicles were damaged. A man, 33, suffered a mine blast injury.

Another man, 56, was injured in Kupiansk and applied for medical aid. Both of those injured were taken to hospital in moderate condition.

In the Velykyi Burluk community, four fired broke out last night. According to the preliminary data, Russian invaders launched attacks with Shahed suicide drones.

“School premises, office buildings, and a cultural hall were on fire. The Kharkiv region’s rescuers extinguished all the fires,” Syniehubov noted.

A reminder that, on May 23, 2023, Russian troops conducted unsuccessful offensive actions near Masiutivka in the Kupiansk direction. The enemy launched air strikes near Kyslivka and Kotliarivka.
