State Emergency Service shows aftermath of missile attack on Kyiv

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine published photos showing the aftermath of Russia’s another attempt to attack Kyiv with missiles.

"Kyiv. While the guardians of the sky protect us from enemy missiles, rescuers are always nearby. Thank you, unarmed heroes, for your selfless work!" Serhii Kruk, the head of the State Emergency Service, posted on Facebook.

As Ukrinform reported, a series of loud explosions rocked the city of Kyiv last night, it was reported about the work of air defenses.

According to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, missile debris fell in Kyiv’s Solomianskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Obolonskyi and Darnytskyi districts. The biggest damage was recorded in the Solomianskyi district, where a non-residential building and several pieces of automobile equipment caught fire. The fire has been extinguished.

According to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, three people were injured in Solomianskyi district. In the Shevchenkivskyi district, fragments of a missile fell on the territory of the zoo.
