Ukrainian troops destroyed 25 Russian drones last night – Air Force spox

On the night of May 14, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 25 enemy unmanned aerial vehicles.

"In total, 25 UAVs were destroyed. But these are UAVs of different types. There were 19 combat drones, that is, kamikaze drones as we call them. Types of another four UAVs downed are still being determined. And two Orlan-10 UAVs [were destroyed]," Yuriy Ihnat, the spokesman for the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said during the national news telethon.

In addition, according to him, three air-launched cruise missiles were shot down.

As the Air Force spokesman emphasized, Ukrainian aviation made more than 30 sorties and launched more than 20 airstrikes on the enemy over the past day.
