Aftermath of drone attack on Kyiv: debris fell onto residential buildings, five injured

The Kyiv city military administration has updated information on the consequences of a nighttime drone attack on the Ukrainian capital.

The city military administration said this on its Telegram channel, according to Ukrinform.

In the city's Sviatoshynskyi district, drone wreckage damaged seven cars and set one more car on fire. Drone debris also fell onto the roadway and a residential building, damaging windows and façade. Five people were injured in the attack.

In the Solomianskyi district, drone debris damaged a five-tonne diesel fuel tank and caused a leak (without ignition). Some 15 trucks and 5 cars were damaged in a parking lot.

Also, drone debris likely damaged a high-pressure gas pipe. The gas supply was shut off, and a fire was extinguished.

Information on destruction and casualties in all parts of the city is being clarified.

More than 30 enemy kamikaze drones were detected and destroyed in the airspace of Kyiv last night.
