Russia deploying about 25,600 soldiers in Bakhmut sector – Cherevatyi

About 25,600 Russian soldiers are fighting in the Bakhmut sector.

Serhii Cherevatyi, spokesman for the Eastern Grouping of Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said this in a comment to Ukrinform.

"In the Bakhmut direction, 25,600 personnel, 65 tanks, 450 armored fighting vehicles, 154 guns, 56 multiple launch rocket system are being deployed to fight against us," Cherevatyi said.

The spokesman also clarified that the occupiers lose about 100 soldiers every day in the Bakhmut sector.

As reported, on April 30, the invaders launched 20 attacks on Donetsk region, using an S-300 anti-aircraft missile system, aircraft, Grad MLRS, and artillery.
