Russian army attacks four districts in Kharkiv region overnight

In Kharkiv region, Russian troops shelled frontline settlements in Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, Izium and Kupiansk districts yesterday, causing a number of damages and destructions.

The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports. 

According to Syniehubov, eight private residential buildings were destroyed, and fires broke out in Vovchansk, which was massively shelled by Russian troops yesterday.

At least four residential buildings were damaged due to the occupier's attacks on the village of Kozacha Lopan in Kharkiv district.

In Petropavlivka, Chuhuiv district, the invaders damaged two residential buildings and an outbuilding with multiple rocket launcher systems.

The Russian army's MLRS attacks on the village of Zelenyi Hai, Izium district, damaged an infrastructure facility, an outbuilding and a residential building.

In all cases, according to Syniehubov, there were no casualties.

Meanwhile, humanitarian demining continues in the region. According to the Head of the Military Administration, the State Emergency Service pyrotechnics inspected 19.3 hectares region's territory and defused 154 explosive devices the previous day.

Fighting continues on the contact line.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, settlements of Okip, Bairak, Vovchansk, Okhrimivka, Nesterne, Topoli, Krasne Pershe, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna and Zapadne were shelled in Kharkiv region during the last day.

Russians conducted unsuccessful offensives near Synkivka.
