Four civilians injured as Russians shell Kharkiv region

 Russian forces struck Kharkiv region, injuring four civilians.

The Prosecutor General's Office wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

 Under the procedural leadership of the Kupiansk district prosecutor's office in Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) have been initiated.

According to the investigation, on April 13, at around 11:30, Russian soldiers shelled the village of Kucherivka, Kupiansk district, with multiple launch rocket systems.

"As a result of the shelling, a tractor with trailer caught fire. The tractor driver and two men, passengers of the trailer, were injured. All three victims have been taken to the hospital," the report says.

Around 15:00, the invaders fired at the village of Dvorichna, Kupiansk district, a civilian received a shrapnel wound.

As reported by Ukrinform, in the village of Lukiantsi, Kharkiv region, the tractor diver was injured after he drove over an explosive.
