Kuleba supports idea of integrating Ukraine's air defense systems with those of NATO allies

Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba supports the idea of integrating Ukraine's air and missile defense systems with those of its Black Sea and Baltic NATO allies.

The head of Ukrainian diplomacy said this at the first Black Sea Security Conference in Bucharest, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"We need to solve the common Russian problem together. For example, I support the expert idea to integrate Ukraine's air and missile defense systems with those of the Black Sea and Baltic NATO allies," Kuleba said.

The minister added that it also makes sense for Ukraine to be part of the European Defense Initiative, and he recently raised this issue with EU High Representative Josep Borrell.

As reported by Ukrinform, the second (official) day of the First Black Sea Security Conference of the International Crimea Platform, which brought together representatives of more than 50 countries and organizations in Bucharest, began on Thursday.
