Russian troops launched a missile strike on Avdiivka, Donetsk region, hitting an administrative building and an infrastructure facility.

Andriy Yermak, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, said this in a post on the messaging app Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"The enemy launched a missile strike on the city of Avdiivka. The first missile hit an administrative building, and the second one hit an infrastructure facility," Yermak wrote.

He also noted that people stayed in a bomb shelter, so there are no casualties.

Late on March 31, Russia's artillery shelling of Avdiivka damaged a private house, killing a 69-year-old woman and her five-month-old grandson.
