Russian military death toll in Ukraine rises to about 172,900

The Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 172,900 Russian troops in Ukraine from February 24, 2022 to March 30, 2023, including 560 invaders over the past day alone.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a post on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

The enemy’s total combat losses include also 3,610 tanks (+1), 6,974 armored combat vehicles (+8), 2,671 artillery systems (+12), 526 multiple launch rocket systems, 278 air defense systems (+1), 306 aircraft, 291 helicopters, 5,518 motor vehicles (+11), 18 warships/cutters, 2,239 unmanned aerial vehicles, 291 special equipment units (+3). A total of 911 enemy cruise missiles were shot down.

Enemy losses are being verified, the General Staff noted.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled more than 60 enemy attacks in four directions on March 29.
