Boat of Russian recon group destroyed near Dnipro islands

In the south, missile and artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a Russian motorboat that the invaders tried to use to redeploy their sabotage and reconnaissance group between the Dnipro River islands.

The Operational Command "South" stated this in its report published on Facebook.

“The missile and artillery units also eliminated 12 Russian soldiers, destroyed an Orlan-10 UAV and a multi-purpose towing vehicle for enemy artillery systems,” reads the report.

The situation in the command's area of responsibility remains difficult but controlled.

"The enemy does not stop insidious shelling of the civilian population of the right-bank areas. Although the number of enemy attacks has decreased to 30 per day, the use of aircraft with dropping guided aerial bombs is becoming a planned tactic," the Operational Command "South" reports.

In particular, in the evening, a pair of Russian Su-35 fighter jets struck Beryslav district of Kherson region with two aerial bombs, destroying residential and administrative buildings, outbuildings, and pipelines. No casualties were reported.
