Russians shell Dnipropetrovsk region’s community with artillery

The Russian army again shelled Nikopol district in Dnipropetrovsk region, targeting Marhanets community.

Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

“The Russian army struck Nikopol district again overnight. Marhanets community came under heavy artillery shelling. There were no casualties. This is the most important. Rescuers are clarifying the aftermath of the attack," he said.

According to Lysak, in other districts of the region, it was calm. In general, the situation in the region is stable and under control.

As reported by Ukrinform, the enemy is conducting offensive operations in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Marinka, and Shakhtarsk directions, and is holding the defense in others. Over the past day, units of the Defense Forces repelled 114 enemy attacks in the eastern section of the front.
