Russian military death toll in Ukraine rises to about 161,520 troops

Russia has already lost about 161,520 troops in Ukraine (+980 over the past day).

The relevant statement was made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

Between February 24, 2022 and March 15, 2023, the enemy’s total combat losses included also 3,492 tanks (+8 over the past day), 6,799 armored fighting vehicles (+10), 2,528 artillery systems (+9), 502 multiple launch rocket systems (+7), 262 anti-aircraft warfare systems (+2), 304 aircraft, 289 helicopters, 5,377 motor vehicles and fuel tanks (+10), 18 warships/boats, 2,132 unmanned aerial vehicles (+12), 257 special equipment units (+1). A total of 907 enemy cruise missiles were shot down.

A reminder that, on March 14, 2023, Ukrainian forces repelled over 90 enemy attacks in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Marinka and Shakhtarsk directions.
