Russians strike Dnipropetrovsk region’s Nikopol twice today

The Russian forces struck Nikopol and the Nikopol district in Dnipropetrovsk region, damaging apartment blocks.

Mykola Lukashuk, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Today, the occupiers struck the Nikopol district twice. In the district center, four five-storey buildings were damaged as a result of the morning attack. There were no killed or injured," he wrote.

Lukashuk added that another attack was launched on Nikopol within the last two hours. The aftermath of the attack is being clarified. In other districts, the day has passed peacefully.

Lukashuk added that as for energy supply, emergency power outages remain in place. Consumption limits are still exceeded. There is a power shortage in the power system.

As reported by Ukrinform, as a result of Russian shelling, two people were killed and another one was injured in Kharkiv region.
