Three districts come under enemy fire in Kharkiv region

Russian troops continue causing terror against border and frontline districts in the Kharkiv region.

The relevant statement was made by Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Head Oleh Syniehubov on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The Kharkiv region’s areas, which are adjacent to the border with Russia, continue suffering from enemy shelling. The Kupiansk district is the most affected. Over the past day, the enemy has also opened fire on settlements in the Kharkiv district and the Chuhuiv district,” the report states.

As a result, residential houses were damaged in the Kupiansk district’s Dvorichna and Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, and fires broke out.

Fortunately, no casualties among civilians were reported.

Demining efforts are underway within the de-occupied areas. Over the past day, the Ukrainian State Emergency Service has neutralized 43 explosive items in the Kharkiv region.
