Enemy shells communities in Dnipropetrovsk region, power lines damaged
The Russian forces shelled the Nikopol district in Dnipropetrovsk region with Grad MLRS and heavy artillery overnight.
Valentyn Reznichenko, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
“The Russian occupation forces struck the Nikopol district five times using Grad systems and heavy artillery overnight. 40 enemy shells hit three communities - Nikopol, Chervonohryhorivka, and Marhanets," he wrote.
According to him, people were not injured. In Nikopol, several private houses and several farm buildings were damaged, a power line was cut off.
In the Chervonohryhorivka community, Russian projectiles damaged six private houses, two gas pipelines and power lines. Greenhouses and a store were also affected.
In the Marhanets community, the consequences of the night strikes are being established.
In other districts of the region, the night passed without enemy attacks.
