PGO registers over 76,580 crimes related to Russian invasion

Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion, Ukrainian law enforcers have registered 76,583 crimes related to the war in Ukraine.

The press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Crimes of aggression and war crimes: 58,163 crimes were registered, including 56,419 crimes related to violations of the laws and customs of war, 67 - planning, preparations or initiation and waging of an aggressive war, 40 – war propaganda, 1,637 - others," the report says.

In addition, Ukrainian law enforcers registered 18,420 crimes against the national security of Ukraine, including 11,530 – encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, 1,924 – treason, 3,850 – collaborative activities, 377 – aiding an aggressor state, 63 – sabotage, 676 – others.

As reported, 4,050 Russian war crimes have been recorded in Kharkiv region since the beginning of de-occupation measures.
