"1 person was killed, 2 more were wounded in artillery shelling of Toretsk. Shells hit a private sector, destroying and damaging at least 12 houses. The Russians are again cynically shelling civilians — they are continuing their terror tactics," the region’s governor wrote.

As reported, Donetsk region is under constant Russian shelling. There are problems with energy, heat and water supply in the region.

More than 1.2 million people left the region, in which 1,670,000 people lived before the full-scale invasion. By winter cold temperatures, no more than 235,000 people involved in the defense and maintenance of critical infrastructure should remain in the region.
