Man killed in Russian shelling of Kharkiv region

A 72-year-old resident of the village of Hatyshche in the Kharkiv region has been killed in enemy shelling.

The Kharkiv regional said this in a post on the Telegram messaging app, Ukrinform reports.

"The Kupiansk and Vovchansk districts of the Kharkiv region came under enemy attacks once again. The shelling killed a 72-year-old resident of the village of Hatyshche," the post said.

According to the police, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Parts 1, and 2 of Article 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
