Downtown Kherson struck with Russian projectiles, casualties reported

This morning Russian invaders have again shelled the city of Kherson. One civilian was reported killed and one more injured.

The relevant statement was made by Kherson Regional Military Administration Head Yaroslav Yanushevych on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“This morning rashists have struck downtown Kherson. Several residential houses and health facilities were damaged. A gas pipeline was hit,” the report states.

According to Yanushevych, a 70-year-old woman was killed in her own apartment. Additionally, a 64-year-old man was injured on the street, as Russian projectiles hit the road.

A reminder that, on November 29, 2022, four civilians were injured in Russia’s shelling of the Kherson region.
