Russians hit ten settlements in Donetsk region, killing and injuring civilians

Over the past day, November 27, the Russian troops struck 10 settlements in Donetsk region, killing and injuring civilians.

“Law enforcement officers recorded 13 enemy strikes over the past day.

Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka, Kurakhove, Bakhmut, Velyka Novosilka, Heorhiyivka, Karlivka, Klishchiivka, Lastochkyne, Maksymilyianivka were massively attacked by Russian troops,” the Donetsk Region Department of the National Police reports.

Eight civilian objects were destroyed and damaged, including seven apartment blocks and private houses.

The Russians fired artillery at a children's playground in Kurakhove, killing and injuring civilians. Four apartment blocks were damaged. Residents of Avdiivka and Heorhiyivka were also injured in the enemy shelling.

The National Police and the Security Service of Ukraine opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

In addition, the police helped to evacuate 52 more people. Since the beginning of the mandatory evacuation, the local police have helped to evacuate more than 31,361 people, including 4,714 children and 1,906 people with disabilities.

As reported, the Russian army killed two residents of Donetsk region and injured four more on November 27.
