President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine called the latest Russian missile attack on Mykolaiv a cynical response to the successes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the front lines.

That’s according to the president’s Telegram channel, Ukrinform reports.

"A strike at a five-storey residential building. Destroyed from the 5th to the 1st floor. Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded. Search and rescue operations are ongoing," Zelensky said.

According to the leader, "Russia does not give up its despicable tactics. And we will not give up our struggle. The occupiers will be held to account for every crime against Ukraine and Ukrainians."

As Ukrinform reported earlier, referring to the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaly Kim, as a result of a Russian missile attack on Mykolaiv on November 11, two people were killed and two were injured.
