Russians building up near Kakhovka HPP

The enemy troops build-up is not observed in Kherson city, while the situation is different in the region, in the area of Kozatske and Vesele settlements. The movement of military support equipment along the Kakhovka HPP dam was spotted.

"Kherson region. The situation is ambiguous," Serhiy Khlan, a member of the Kherson Regional Council, posted on Facebook.

According to him, the enemy troops build-up is not observed in Kherson city, on the contrary, the redeployment to the left bank continues.

But the enemy reinforces itself in Kozatske and Vesele settlements.

Khlan told Freedom in a commentary that according to reports from Kakhovka, the movement of military support equipment along the Kakhovka HPP dam was observed – the enemy was moving to the right bank of the Dnipro River. The residents of Kozatske report that occupiers built up there and they also noticed the movement of tanks by ferries to the right bank. That is, on the right bank, the occupiers carry out some sort of reinforcement in the area of Kozatske and Vesele, directly at the approaches to the Kakhovka HPP, practically in front of Beryslav, the regional council member noted.

No similar build-up has been noticed in the area of the Antonivka Bridge, where the crossing is used for moving from Kherson to the left bank, Khlan noted.

As reported, the Russian invaders have intensified filtration measures in the left-bank Kherson region.
