268 National Guard soldiers freed from captivity as part of prisoner swaps

A total of 268 National Guard soldiers have been released from Russian captivity as part of prisoner swaps.

Ukraine's National Guard reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

"Following the exchanges that have already been held since the beginning of Russia's large-scale invasion of Ukraine, a total of 268 National Guard soldiers have been released, including 24 women," the report said.

It added that 33 National Guard soldiers had been freed from captivity as part of the November 3 prisoner swap.

A total of 107 Ukrainian defenders, including six officers and Azovstal defenders, returned home as part of a prisoner swap.
