Five apartment blocks and detached house suburbs were damaged in Russia’s missile attack on the city of Mykolaiv last night.

The relevant statement was made by Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Eliminating the effects of the night shelling. According to the district administration, five apartment blocks were damaged. About 250 windows and 115 balcony panes were blown out,” Sienkevych wrote.

In his words, 10 detached houses had their windows broken by the blast wave and the debris. The roofs were also damaged in two of them.

Municipal workers are already closing the damaged windows. The debris and waste were removed from the roads and pavements.

A reminder that last night Russian troops opened fire on the city of Mykolaiv with S-300 missiles. Five civilians were injured.
