Yermak refutes Russian fake reports about Ukraine Army’s tactics regarding Kherson

Russian occupiers are making attempts to intimidate local residents in the temporarily occupied city of Kherson, spreading fake reports about the Ukrainian military allegedly shelling the city. Nevertheless, the Russian propaganda will not achieve its goals.

The relevant statement was made by Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Russians are trying to intimidate Kherson residents with fake reports about our army shelling the city, as well as making propagandist shows with evacuation,” Yermak wrote.

In his words, it is a rather primitive tactics. Unlike Russian terrorists, whose aircraft happen to crash into residential houses even in Russia, the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not shell Ukrainian settlements, Yermak stressed.

“Propaganda will fail. Everything will be Ukraine,” Yermak added.

A reminder that Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Head Vitalii Kim stated earlier that Russian invaders had been preparing positions to shell the city of Kherson.
