Two wounded in Kherson region after Russian artillery shelling
At around 1:30 p.m., Russian troops fired artillery at the village of Novooleksandrivka in the Kherson region, injuring two civilians.
This was reported on Telegram by the Kherson Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform.
“Around 1:30 p.m., the Russians shelled Novooleksandrivka with artillery. Two people were wounded in the attack—a 75-year-old man and a 69-year-old woman. Both sustained blast injuries,” the statement said.
It is noted that doctors are providing the victims with necessary medical care.
In addition, the Regional Military Administration reported that a 41-year-old Kherson resident was taken to the hospital after being injured in a Russian drone attack in the Dniprovskyi district of the city about an hour ago.
He was diagnosed with a blast injury. The wounded man is receiving necessary medical care.
Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, said on television that this morning the invaders struck two settlements in the Kherson community with guided aerial bombs. The village of Zelenivka suffered the most damage, with about 36 homes damaged as a result of one of the attacks.
As reported by Ukrinform, on June 12, one person was killed and 15 were wounded in the Kherson region as a result of Russian attacks.
