Three people injured in strike on Nikopol district

The Russians struck Nikopol district, Dnipropetrovsk region, from Grad MLRS.

"At night, the Russians hit Nikopol district with Grad MLRS and heavy artillery three times. Nikopol town came under fire twice. Around midnight, almost 30 Russian shells slammed into the town. Three people were injured: a 49-year-old woman and two men, 26 and 82," Valentyn Reznichenko, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

Several dozen apartment blocks and private houses, cars, several farm buildings, gas pipelines, and power lines were damaged in the town.

A fire broke out at a local market. Firefighters already put it out.

A kindergarten, several shops, a hairdresser, and the building of a local administration were also damaged.

No casualties were reported in Marhanets community.
